PDF printing problems pscript5.dll version 5.2.2

Our accounts payable department received a batch of PDF invoices from a customer. All of them printed fine except for 1 of the files. The second the file was sent to the printer, every single job before and after it got stuck in the "processing" mode. Going into the machine print queue and deteing the file did not actually delete the file, although it says deleted it still appears in the queue. the only way to get rid of the file was to software reset, or quick restart (upto 3 times to clear print queue).

 

After comparing the "bad" file to another file in the same batch i noticed that pscript5.dll version 5.2.2 was listed as application and Acrobat distaller 9.4.6 was listed as PDF producer. The "good" file lists PDFCreator version 1.7.2 as application and GPL Ghostscript 9.10 as PDF Producer.

 

Has anyone else ran into this problem? if so how do you get the machine to accept this job with out plugging up the printer completely?

ColorQube 9301

Software 061.180.221.14709

Using the latest global print driver

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would hate to run into this anytime a vendor saves a PDF with bad formatting.
