Hi,
I am running into one major issue when printing using the Xerox 5500 printers.
Our CUPS server will send print jobs (pdf) to the printer in a specific order, but when printing actually happens, the sheets came out in a random order. The CUPS log is below. As you can see, I need to print 1 sheet from tray 2 and then 12 sheets from tray 3 and then repeat the cycle. But during printing, the 1 sheet from tray 2 will get mixed into the 12 sheets from tray 3. Can anyone possibly let me know what might be causing this problem?
