Grab the latest driver from here.
Remove the current driver and install the above, if it still has an issue I would then think the issue was that you have a 32bit client, connected to a 64bit server and the Bi-Di is possibly just timing out.
To eliminate that as the cause just disable the highlighted option in the printers properties on the server. If the issue goes away, there is an issue with an SNMP trap or a lag somewhere on the LAN
