Phaser 6115 MFP printing light spot every 2 inches

My printer prints a light spot approximately every 2 inches on the left side of the page. The spot is roughly the size of a large thumb. This only appears to happen with Black (k) I have replaced the black cartridge and still no good. I have cleaned everything I could think of but still no joy.

I'm at my whits end with this.
