yes we are on the wireshark portion of the support call.

 

we have ensured that the newest firmware is on the printer. we were amazed that the newest firmware did not need password or username to access settings. support person was under the assumption it would be needed.

 

as for coming to site, the second level support people were in nova scotia canada and I am in the mid-atlantic.
