Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for RAM Error. Make sure the RAM is installed correctly. To try to reset the NVRAM please take a look at the steps. One other thing to try is to power down the machine, remove the RAM and power back on to see if it will start up normally if so do the NVRAM reset. Then you can try reinstalling the RAM. If none of this helps please consider contacting your local support centre.
