One of our libraries is reporting that the printer is printing near solid colors, full page, instead of text. They report that the IU has all the colors on it. The IU is only two months old and they use genuine xerox toner. attached is an image of the printout. It started two days ago then on 9/15 it was ok then started again on 9/16. All print outs look like the image. Not even sure were to start on this one.
