We have a 6204 Wide Format Printer at location A, and a terminal server at location B, a vpn connects the two locations, and should be wide open between them. At location A, we are able to print directly to the 6204, can successfully ping it, and can access the web interface. At location B, we can do none of these things. We can access/ping other devices at location A from location B with no problems.
The printer port configuration on the terminal server at location B is set to match the local installs at location A, using LPR with the Queue name plt00 and LPR byte counting enabled.
Any suggestions for making the printer accessible from location B are welcome.
Thanks,
Matt
