We have a Xerox 6204 wide printer, with 2 roll loaded. In roll one we have a 36 by X” roll and roll 2 we have a 24” by X roll. The utilize software is AutoCAD Architecture 2012.
When trying to print a 24x18 sheet, it send it to roll 2 but flip it in a portrait position instead of the horizontal position, so the print come out on as a 24x24 sheet and a blank space on the side. We need it to come out in as a landscape 36” and the required lent 18”. In addition when we tried to print a 24x36 sheet it select roll 2 with the 24” side coming out first thereby leaving another space on the side. We even removed 36” roll and tried to use roll 1 with 24” roll so we can have a perfect cut without the extra side sheet but it refuse to accept a 24sheet roll to plot a 24x36 paper.
