Hi, i have a Phaser 3610 and sometimes it does not detect the paper on the Tray 1. I send the file to be printed and it tries to take paper and does not take it. Then says its empty, which is not. Even if i reboot the printer it still says the Tray 1 is still empty.
What should i look for? Should i check any sensor? Where is it? Should i upgrade a firmware?
