Greetings, we have a Versant 80 with the Fiery FS150 Pro server.
Multiple times a day, sometimes over and over, when we go to 'Print' a job the Fiery comes back immediately with a "Turn printer power off and on" error and the screen on the Versant will say it is shutting down.
We've had Xerox out multiple times and they say the printer is fine (it's a nice looking printer, anyhow, even if it doesn't actually do anything.)
Level 2 support logged in and updated the Fiery, but the problem persists.
Anyone have this issue? Any suggestions?
