The 560 can't bleed to the edges.Scan will to the edge. Copy will always shrink the image a little.The fusers can't handle the full bleed with toner on the leading edge.

Try eliminating the driver and software by printing through the webui.Just import any pdf on the "print" tab and change the Job type to "secure print" and give us the results.
