I did check that there was no tape and packing material, also i did shake the tonner as instructed in the product manual.
I have also raised the issue in the support centre, but sadly they were more interesting in questioning if i did register the product i bought 5 days ago or not and in analyzing the invoice they requested me to send and in requesting more data on my ID number etc, that was 3 days ago and im still waiting for someone to help me instead of drownining me in bureaucracy...
I think i have no option than returning the product and will think wisely if i change brands next.
