I'm having problems printing to the bypass tray (Tray 5). I have tays 3 & 4 filled with 8.5" x 11" white paper, but when I tell the printer to print from Tray 5 (for letterhead 8.5" x 11"), it will still pint from tras 3 or 4. My only way around this is to tell the printer that I need to print on color paper and print fom tray 5 that way. Is there something that I'm not doing correctly? I go to print on Microsot Word, then I click on printer properties and select Tray 5 to print from, yet it always goes to Trays 3 or 4.
