I have a Phaser 3040 laser printer for just over a year. In the last couple of months I started to have a problem that gets worse and worse to the point I decided to post here in a last try to solve it before getting a new printer. Israeli support and useless for your information.
I use A4 sheets in the front paper tray (does not matter if there is a single sheet or 50 of them) the printer will initiate a print and will load in the paper about 1" and after that it will stop printing and give an error about the sheet. Somestimes the papers gets deeper and it says the paper is jammed and I have to open and close the back cover even though the paper never reached the inside of the printer and I can remove the page by pulling it out without any jams or anything. This problem got worse and worse and I don't know what do to about it. Any thoughts?
