Vertical blank line when printing

I recently started having problems with my phaser 3635.  It prints with a faded vertical band.  The attached image shows the band.  This is a test pattern page.  Does anyone know what could cause this issue?  The printer has 70,000 pages printed.  I've changed print cartridge and the issues remains.cartridges.
