I believe your avatar is a 7760. It's the developer housing. Make sure you are buying genuine Xerox toner. If you don't this problem could reoccur even after replacing the developer and developer housing.

In the Devices and Printers menu, after you do the right-click Remove Device select any other printer and choose Print Server Properties and remove all the drivers and ports from there to the device....
