It's a postscript error, you should be able to get the job to run by going File > Print >Advanced and choose "Print as image"This will elliminate the font at issue with a flattened bitmap....

It sounds like corruption. You are stating that this isn't there correct? If that is the case, you woul dneed to have a tech service the machine, probably needs to be reloaded.

Try running plain paper but set the tray as heavyweight. Does the multi-colored spots still happen? The problem isnt the fuser. It could be the 2nd btr.
