Very strange. Tried RAW but made no difference. Turned off firewall but again no change. I finally set up a share on the printer on a PC that can print to it and then used it on the failing PC. Works OK but means the other PC has to be on which is not ideal.

Google Cloud Print Device offline (sleeping)
My new 6510DN doesn't print with Google Cloud Print. Device shows as Offline in GCP. Job gets printed after I print something locally and the printer wakes up from sleep, or when I power cycle the device.
Is there any way to make it wake up for Cloud Print jobs? This surely shouldn't be normal behavior.

Skew, Skew, and More Skew
Hey guys. First-time poster here, so bear with me.
We're a very small print shop that does magnetic calendars. First off: I am aware that the C75 is not ideal for running the sort of magnetic stock I have, but it's what I have to work with.
We're currently in the middle of our peak print season. On both 11x17 and 12.5x18 stock, all of our images are coming out diagonally skewed AND with the right-hand border markedly larger than the left-hand border. We cut our magnets in-house and are having to discard far too many sheets because the borders are visibly off on about half the sheets. We just replaced our registration unit last month, we've done everything possible with the adjustment settings on the machine itself (most of which seem to do nothing), and our erstwhile tech has been out to look at the machine at least eight times. We even moved the far-left-hand unit (the one containing Tray 6, where we load our magnets) so that it was exactly even with the high-capacity feeder, and that didn't help either. I currently have a call out for a Tier 2 specialist, but I'm dead in the water until that can occur.
Having read through the forums for some time, I know that literally hundreds of factors can affect skew, but I'm seriously stumped and I have a perfectionist boss who really wants us back up and printing. Any advice would be much appreciated.

My docu color 252 is printing image short
example: pdf size is 12 x 18 and it prints image 1 7.75 instead of full 18 inches

Import the pdf direct into CWS and see if it still does it. Because it sounds like Acrobat/Reader might be set to scale it.

I've updated the firmware, printer shows as online, but still not printing. Is it supoosed to print right away, or does the printer get jobs from the cloud in time intervals?

Have you use for adjustment the SIQA tool? If not download and install it ( https://www.support.xerox.com/support/xerox-c75/downloads/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7&&associatedProduct=integrated-fiery-color-server-C75 )
And I think for what you said about the borders that you have an used 2ND BTR ( maybe it help also for skew ).

I would assume you need to wake the printer, but I am not sure to be honest.
Printers wake on a LAN because they are connected to via the PC, I'm not sure how Google sends the job.
I know on the AltaLink (Xerox) printers you can invoke it to look to Cloudprint for Jobs at the device in the Jobs app
so it is probably intentional. 6515/6510 is FujiXerox, I'm not sure how they would handle it. You may need to call Xerox and talk to 2nd level support

Cannot connect 8580DN to the network
The printer is set up for DHCP but it shows the IP and subnet as 0.0.0.0, tried a static IP setup, assigning the IP, mask, and gateway, it return all values to 0.0.0.0 when I check the connection setup. very frustrating. the port on the switch is active, the port on the printer has flashing led RCV and a constant led for TRX.
any help will be appreciated.

Its a firmware failure or a hardware failure.
To eliminate firmware/software, follow these instructions with the firmware for this device. (This will wipe all data completely from the printer)

Is there a similar set of documents describing how to print on #9 envelopes on a C70 with Fiery? We're preparing return envelopes that will be mailed inside #10 envelopes.
We thought we could easily adapt the method shown but the dimensions of a #9 envelope are approximately 5.25 inches by 8.875 inches (including the flap). That 5.25-inch measurement is less than the minimum of 5.8 inches shown in the third photo.
Alternatively, can we rotate the envelopes so that the shorter end feeds first?

Since you can only do a single decimal place, it would have to be 5.3*8.9
You will simply have to try it, it might work, but you would also need to rotate everything to match the rotated output

I think I found it: is it the unit two steps to the left of the fuser? If so, the gears on that thing are chewed up.

White lines in Black prints - what roller is doing this?
WC 7545 - I am getting white lines in full black prints (or partial). It is obviously where toner is not adhering. I have troubleshot it and it is only in black, not the colors so it has something to do with black hardware/rollers. I have exchanged/replaced IU's, and still does it. I had this issue in the past and a certain roller was replaced for black but I cannot remember what it was.
Does anyone know what roller that may be? It is specific to the black only.

Manual Alignment Not Working
So, in addition to our ongoing skew issues, we've discovered that our alignment adjustment on the machine itself is doing literally nothing. No matter how we change the values, the printed images do not move on the page at all. Any ideas?

Network printing problem
I can no longer print to my Altalink B8055 from one PC. I can print to a desktop printer and other network printers just not the B8055. Other users are having no issues printer to this device. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer driver as well as the TCP port. Any ideas would be appreciated.
