Recently purchased this xerox phaser 6125 from market place. It is a new printer and prints fine on regular paper when no preferences need to be entered. Question is why when the device has been set in english, does the printer preferences come up in some foreign language? Therefore we can't set the normal settings like media, orientation and other print settings. Assuming that this was factory setup for whatever language this is, can it be changed to english.

Does your machine have the Business Ready (BR) or Production Ready (PR) finisher? The BR finisher has a stapling limit of 50 pages while the PR finisher has a limit of 100. I'm in agreement with you about the math involved here during printing because I can't figure out how your combination of pages adds up to over 50, even if I count the half-z folds as 3 pages each due to the folded thickness. Here's what I recommend doing next.
1. Try to build this job using the copy function and see if you still hit a stapling limit. If the machine will do the job as a walkup copy then that justifies starting a log with Xerox support in regards to this. If it doesn't then it sounds like you're configuration is working as designed.
2. Try to use the V3 Global PCL6 driver. What you've said doesn't sound like a driver limitation, but the V4 does lack in some ways compared to the V3 driver. If the machine was sold with both a Fiery and a PS enablement kit than use a PS driver instead.
3. The EX-i Fiery should include a Fiery Compose license. Try building the job in Compose before printing to see if you get a different result. I don't expect that you will, but it's included so it doesn't hurt to try.
Please update this post to let us know what the ultimate conclusion is.

Job won't delete from admin or printer direct
I have a problem with a job that was sent from the mobile Xerox printing app. It was sitting processing on the printer blocking all other jobs. I've cleared all the other jobs but this one job refuses to delete from either the xerox admin or if I select it directly on the printer. It just stays as "deleting" for more than 2 hours now.
I have turned printer on and off, I've tried to update the firmware via network and get a printer "busy" message and I've tried to update firmware from the USB in the printer, but the job sits behind the one I can't delete.
How do I get rid of it and start printing again?

You can configure the printer to print a banner page with each print job. The banner page contains
information identifying the user and job name. You can set this option in the print driver and in the
Embedded Web Server.
Note: Enable Banner page printing in the print driver and at the control panel or the Embedded
Web Server, otherwise a banner page does not print.
To manage Banner pages:
1. In the Embedded Web Server, log in as administrator, then click System.
2. Click Defaults & Policies.
3. In the Printer Settings area, click Print Banner Pages.
4. Click Printer Banner Pages, then select an option.
5. If your printer is equipped with multiple paper trays, click Paper Tray, then select a tray to supply
the banner pages.
6. To enable the print driver to override the setting for banner pages, for Allow Print Driver to
Override, enable the toggle button.
7. To enable the printer to detect when the client provides a banner page, for Detect Client Banner
Pages, enable the toggle button.
8. Click OK.

You need a tech because your printer have a seriou problem with the developer housing and/or developer material (at least C, M, Y). They must be replaced.

New to Xerox machines, however the C7020 is fantastic and doing well for us.
The only little issue I have is when I Airprint from iOS device it prints a report/confirmation page first before the actual document?
Is there a way to stop this?

Hola buenas noches, compré una fotocopiadora Xerox, Work Centre 3550, necesito imprimir libros que sean las hojas doble faz desde el formato en PDF, me comuniqué con un señor muy amable que me sugirió instalar el driver, lo hice, pero lo que me abre, no me da ningún tipo de opción para poder trabajar, alguien podrá orientarme y ayudarme por favor? Cant print with Phaser 3020 on RHEL 8 / Fedora 33 / Centos 8
Hello,
I have connected a new Phaser 3020 to a Fedora 33 machine as well as to a Centos 8 machine, I have downloaded and installed latest drivers (from 2014...) and was able to print at fist, after restarting on both machines I receive the following error in the print menu pop-up:
Message : Phaser-3020: File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertospl" has insecure permissions (0100777/uid=0/gid=0).
Sender : CSUPD
I was able to use the printer fine on Centos 7 before, what has changed or what should I do ?
Are you sure the Phaser 3020 works on RHEL 8 machines ?
Really need to print an important document and would very appreciate your support.

False printer drum listing as empty
Was mid-way thro printing 30 page document, & error msg "End of Life, Replace with New drum cart." **bleep** switched off & back on. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for the information. However, the printer is using English for everything, even printing out configuration and such. But when you are trying to print an Item, for instance the paper needs to be changed to labels, the printer preferences box is in a foreign language. I have overcome this for one item by using the control panel to set the tray to that media, but I can not change color method or anything else, because the preference box that comes up is in the foreign language??? I can take a screen shot of this and include if you don't understand what I am talking about.

I searched out Compatibility Document it states there are no drivers for Catalina for this device.
You may still be able to add the printer on macOS using the built-in “Generic Postscript PPD”.
If Xerox driver features are really needed, you could try an unsupported work-around in which you install the Xerox macOS Common Print Driver from a closely related product which is supported on Catalina. Note that there may be incompatibilities that could cause not all feature/function to work properly.
And lastly, if a specific scan driver or a print driver is not available AirPrint and Scan to Email may be used as a workaround.
