Versant 80 Tray 5 Size Issue
Hi,
I successfully duplexed on regular 8.5x11 paper in tray 1. When I tried to do the same with 110 lb cardstock (the previous prints were tests), it would not print front and back on the heavier stock. I believe I need to use the bypass tray 5 to duplex on the heavier stock. However, even though the document size, all print settings in Adobe InDesign, and the Fiery settings are all 8.5x11, when I send the job to the printer, the Versant 80 tells me to load 11x15 paper. I checked and the size of the paper at tray 5 is set to 8.5x11, but it keeps telling me to load 11x15 even though I can't find that number anywhere. Please help!

Export from Indesign to a PDF/x, then import that into the Fiery via CWS5 and print to whatever stock you want since it can't be overridden by the app or driver any more.

Phaser 7750dn imaging problems
Hello again, I was hoping someone could point me in the correct direction here.
My Phaser 7750dn, has had a lot of work lately,
Refurbished image and process controller boards
New frame with the controller board
New Developer for the yellow.
new imaging units on Yellow and Magenta.
New Fuser
New toner cartridges on all.
I'm out of ideas, I have no repeating defects, smears or lines, the printer always prints fine from any PC, but when my atr dept uses their Mac with 10.8.5 OS and latest Xerox Driver for Mac 2.0.14 it is a hit or miss as to whether or not it will give a clean print, they either start to print clean and normal then it fades away on the next image, sometimes it fades on a omage after it started ok, other times it just prints faded images. I'll try to attach an image of about 4 differect prints maybe someone will have an answer for me. Thank you.

D110 Secure Print Job Timeout
Is there a way to set a timeout time for secure print jobs on the D110? After a while jobs that were never released start piling up and the only way to clear is reboot or manually delete (which is no fun).

Since PC works and Mac doesn't, you are only troubleshooting the driver or the port.
Uninstall the printer and install it again, but do so manually using an HP Jet Direct port (This is the same as a Windows RAW port)
If that fails you would need to install either a newer or older driver, though I am not sure where to obtain either since it is no longer developed for and Apple doesn't distribute for it anymore either.
You could try this older Xerox Universal, it may list the 7750.

1) Select Log In/Out button (11111)
2) Select Machine Status button
3) Select Tools
4) Select System Settings (if not already selected)
5) Scroll down under the Group options and select "Stored File Settings"
6) Select "Stored Job Expiration Date" (option 2)
7) Select Change Setting
8) Set the desired options (to delete secureprint jobs) and then select Save
9) Select Close

Xerox 7800DN problem with toner cartridges
Hi! I Need help. I brought printer in Estonia, after start cartriges i insert cartriges buyed on ebay (germany). Now i brought original toners in Estonia and they don't accepted by printer. Seller says that chips don't match by region, because first installed cartridges from another region. How fix this?

2 choices, call Xerox and pay a fee to have it converted, or return your toners and continue buying from Germany via E-bay

Black Toner Smearing WorkCentre 7220i
I have a Xerox WorkCentre 7220i that has recently started having issues with the black portions of color printouts not fusing to the page and smearing across the page. We recently had the laser replaced as it failed four months after purchasing the WorkCentre and this issue seemed to start after the repair. It has a new fuser and laser in it and I don't know if something else is failing and need to have the tech come back again or maybe just a setting or need to replace some consumable supply.

Need an older printer driver
Hello everyone,
I need the Xerox GPD PCL 6 in Version 5520.600.0.0 for Windows 10 and 7 x64.
We are needing this because the new drivers seem incompatible with the ones in our Citrix Servers.
The Auto-Created Printer doesn't recognize the attached finisher and doesn't give us the option in Citrix to staple.

It looks like the firmware has been taken offline until tonight. I will try when it comes back.
Has anyone reported any issues with Print jobs not getting to the printer? the only way to get them to come through is by restarting the device. I'm contemplating rebuilding the print server but its worked perfectly for years on our old machines.
Really not like the C8000 series so far, i would advise anyone thinking of upgrading to this device to wait until they sort the issues out. I've had nothing but problems with it.

yes, color is a mess right now
i installed the 25400 release, and had the inverted issues, but resolved by doing the calibration again
but dont have the problem that the prints are not coming through
