It is not likely the fuser, after swapping it out the same result. It must be a roller before the fuser crinkling the paper just before the fuser, and then flattening it back out as it moves though. You can see abberations on the page around the streaking white lines.
I have a versalink C605 that after we turned it off and then back on, it continues to be offline. I have looked and looked online and can't find anything on this model since it just came out. How do I fix this??
Assuming the print driver is stating it is offline, the issue is an SNMP conflict, easily remedied by right-clicking the printer on the PC and going to Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port and unchecking the SNMP status enabled box (You will lose nothing, the issue is happening because it is on in the port as well as in the Configuration tab (Bi-Directional Communication) )
I tried that and it says that isn't supported when I click on the configure button.
Then I would have to assume Windows 8-10 and the port was made, or converted by MS, as a WSD port (They have issues)
So just select Add Port and create a Standard TCP/IP port and match my settings shown but use your printers IP address obviously.

Switched Tabloid paper out of tray 3 and into tray 2, and that seems to have solved the problem for now?
I remain unconvinced.
Something in there is crumpling the paper as it moves through, just before the Fuser.
But for now, Problem Solved.
Now I installed on a PC with Windows 7 the Software "Printing Scout".
In tab Status the following is displayed:
Printer status: Printer error 092-651-0x020800000
Error solution: Switch off the printer and switch it on.
Contact Customer support if the error is appearing again.
In tab Consumables all 4 show green checkmarks and OK.
Then I compared the installed version and updated it to version 1.62.

Then I was able to print some pages but black doesn't print.
So I switched back to a previous toner but now the Error LED is flashing, again.

Yes, I know it is old, but this is the driver we have found to be working best in general.
One important issue I can't figure out how to fix is that Windows 10 driver overwrites default settings when printing from Microsoft Office, choosing letter instead of A4 among other things.
From Internet Explorer going to print properties gives me a setting identified as "Internet Explorer Settings" (which I haven't configured) with "Letter" as papersize
Printing for Outlook does the same - only "Outlook Settings" instead.
How to make the driver stop thinking and just print A4 regardless of the application?

It isn't the driver, it is the application making the changes, Application over-rides driver, not the other way around.
You can somewhat disable that by turning off some needed things in the driver so it can't occur, but then you lose more than you gain, for instance any newer version of MS products will have incorrect and not working options, like these in MS Word.
You would need to try disabling SNMP completely
And Advanced Printing Features
Change the Paper to staticly stay as A4 in Print Defaults as well as Printing Preferences
And there still won't be any guarantees, especially since you specify a driver way older than Windows 10 should have, and the fact it really sounds like MS is the problem anyway (It is using Letter, not A4 as the default paper)
If you want to change MS Office, you change MS Office, not anything Xerox

I had a paper jam the other day with my WC5745, and followed intructions to remove paper. After all paper was removed from jamed areas, the printer continues to say there is a paper jam. I have turned the machine off and on and have reset the settings. I have pulled out and cleaned every removable part of this machine to no avail. I have even contacted support for this machine with no luck.
"10-512 A paper jam in the output area has been detected. User intervention is required to follow the instructions at the local user interface to clear the jam. Print and Copy services are disabled; other machine services are unaffected."
I am trying to find a different way to clean it or a way to just override the error and make it print one page because I feel like that will solve the issue.

Phaser 6000, Everytime i print it say can't print Document damaged, and it prints it anyway , but on the bottom of any document it say can't pring document is coruppted. No matter what document it say that. Anyone else had this problem?
